La Croisette is a local gem and has been since it opened in 1982, offering classic American breakfast with a French twist using only fresh ingredients. This casual breakfast restaurant specializes in croissants and some of their best dishes are the croissant French Toast, their croissant breakfast sandwiches and cinnamon roll French Toast.
La Croisette doesn’t take reservations but don’t let the line scare you. My husband and I showed up when there was a pretty big line and we got a table within ~20 minutes.
The service is incredible and they get people in and out really quick! That being said, if you have a large group that tends to doddle this may not be the best brunch spot for your group.
Frog Pond

Frog Pond is another classic spot for brunch, offering fresh breakfast favorites in cute space that is themed frog. 🐸 Here you’ll find a delicious and traditional breakfast menu with dishes like their Eggs Benedict, and frog decor all over the walls. This is a local favorite spot, so you know it’s good!
Similar to La Croisette, Frog Pond doesn’t take reservations but the wait for a small group shouldn’t take too long. Show up early with bigger groups to avoid a long wait.

Some of the brunch menu items you’ll find here are breakfast bowls, a bunch of variations on Eggs Benedict and bottomless mimosas on Saturdays & Sundays (!). Also make sure to try their Bloody Mary if that’s your thing.

The interior is beautiful with carefully placed decor, which makes The Helm a great place for bachelorette parties or events.
Chill Restaurant & Bar

Chill Restaurant & Bar offers a small but fantastic brunch menu Friday, Saturday and Sunday which entrees like a variety of crepes, avocado toast, steak and eggs and Eggs Benedict. It’s a beautiful space offering breakfast classics through 3:00pm like French Toast, Beach Benedict and, a St. Pete Beach favorite, shrimp and grits. I can see 82 Degrees being a great spot for bachelorette parties as it’s very picture worthy.
